GI (Galvanised Iron) Sheet Metal Ducting
GI sheet metal ducting is the industry standard for commercial and industrial HVAC applications in Hyderabad — and for good reason. Fabricated from hot-dip galvanised steel sheet to precise dimensions, GI ducts are durable, dimensionally stable, easy to clean and capable of handling the full range of supply air, return air and exhaust air duties across any building type.

Flexible Ducting
Flexible ducting — made from a spiral wire helix covered with a multi-layer insulated jacket — is the ideal solution for the final connection between rigid ductwork and ceiling diffusers, grilles or fan coil units. Its flexibility allows it to navigate around ceiling obstructions without custom fabrication, significantly reducing installation time and material waste in complex ceiling void environments.
At WintryHVAC, we use flexible duct only where it is appropriate — short, gently curved runs between rigid duct and terminal outlets. We do not use flexible duct as a substitute for properly designed and fabricated rigid ductwork, which is a common shortcut that results in high resistance, poor airflow and excessive noise. Flexible duct sections are installed with tight, mechanically secured connections at both ends and supported at the correct intervals to prevent sagging and airflow restriction.
